Firewall Lockdown

The Clearlogin product must communicate with a LDAP server (either using the standard LDAP or LDAPS protocols).  It is considered a best practice to lock down the firewall and only accept connections from Clearlogin’s list of authorized source IP addresses that are destined for either TCP port 389 (LDAP) or 636 (LDAPS) as well as and any other necessary trusted sources within your organization.

A list of Clearlogin trusted IP addresses is provided upon signup.  This information can also be obtained from your reseller or sales executive.
