Redundant LDAP Servers

Follow

It is recommended that multiple LDAP servers be configured to eliminate single points of failure in the authentication and authorization infrastructure. Ideally, the servers will be located within different geographical areas to help eliminate failure due to power, connectivity, and other outages that could affect a single location. Clearlogin leverages this same approach for all infrastructure.

If a customer has concerns about the complexities of managing a redundant LDAP infrastructure they can choose to leverage Clearlogin’s Identity As a Service offering and Clearlogin will host a redundant LDAP infrastructure on the customer’s behalf.
